Aquinnah Community Association, Inc. is a Sec. 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt not-for-profit Massachusetts corporation. We support a variety of community-oriented charitable endeavors. The primary focus of our activities is in Aquinnah, but many of our activities benefit the Vineyard as a whole.
Your contributions have enabled the Community Association to provide funding for rental assistance through the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority to local renters who would not otherwise have qualified for support from other sources, to be a sponsor of the Gay Head 10-K in support of the lighthouse, to provide grants to several graduating high school seniors from Aquinnah to help with furthering their education, to provide grants to the Town of Aquinnah in support of the development of the planned playground behind town hall and in support of a pergola to be built at the Aquinnah Cliffs to provide shelter for picnic tables as part of the redevelopment of the Aquinnah Circle Cultural District.
